1. Service Scope
You are receiving one (1) week of free ad management for Facebook and/or Instagram ads. This includes ad setup, audience targeting, and basic performance monitoring.
2. Ad Spend Responsibility
You are responsible for all actual advertising spend paid to Meta Platforms (Facebook/Instagram). Bruce & Co. Advertising does not cover this cost.
3. No Guaranteed Results
While every effort will be made to optimize your ad performance, Bruce & Co. Advertising does not guarantee specific results, such as a certain number of leads, sales, or ROI.
4. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide necessary access to your ad account and business page
- Approve content promptly
- Communicate in a timely manner
5. Trial Terms
The free trial is for ad management only. It does not include long-term support or additional campaigns unless discussed and agreed to separately.

No Ongoing Obligation
After the free trial, no further services will be provided unless we agree to a paid plan.
